We just finished up with Garman on purchasing an assignment sale. If you are familiar with them, you know they are not easy deals to get done. Garman Popovski is an excellent real estate agent! He arranged endless houses for us to see. He was patient with us and helped us with every detail from beginning to end. He really knows Brampton and East GTA and had great information about each area we looked at. Very conveniently he has a great nose for mold and will tell you if a house is not of quality construction. I wish we were in the market for more than 1 house just to keep working with him.
